Keep the original beside the translation

When a requester and a specialist use different languages, a translated summary alone can lose the precise symptom. Preserve the original message, the working-language translation and a common ticket reference so the team can question an interpretation without losing the source.

Launch coverage is a specific list

Tenured by Ignite9 has twelve launch languages: English, Arabic, German, French, Hindi, Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. Language detection is automatic. Native-speaker review is in progress, so a pilot should evaluate the terminology and workflows your own requesters use.

Treat voice and text as different scopes

Email, tickets and chat are part of the support channel scope; the portal and intranet chat widget is being released. Browser voice exists. Phone consent is approved for US English only. A language on the launch list is not a claim that every channel or local consent requirement is approved in that language.

Keep availability and authority explicit

The AI desk answers around the clock, while people answer during the client’s support hours. Translation does not authorize a production change or expand where sensitive data may go. Evaluate conversation quality, handoff clarity and the data boundary alongside response availability.
