Workflow inquiries

We collect the contact and workflow details you choose to submit, with your consent to respond to the inquiry. Records are stored in Cloudflare D1 for up to 90 days. When configured, Resend delivers notification emails to our team. Your email address is used as the reply address. Email copies may remain in our mailbox and the provider’s systems under their own retention policies. The form does not enroll you in a marketing list.

AI conversations

Conversation history is held in browser memory and sent through OpenRouter to a selected free model provider when you ask a question. Our application does not save chat transcripts in D1. OpenRouter and provider processing and retention terms apply. Avoid personal, confidential, or sensitive information. AI responses may be inaccurate.

Optional digest and inquiry follow-up

Submitted inquiries may receive an acknowledgment. Digest signup is separate and requires explicit consent and confirmation through an email link. Confirmed subscriber addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Pending or unsubscribed records and email queue records are removed after 90 days. Every digest contains a preferences and unsubscribe link. Weekly drafts are reviewed by the owner before sending.

Optional voice

Read aloud uses your browser’s speech synthesis service. Availability and voices vary by device; some browser voices may use an external service. We prefer an available local English voice. No microphone permission is requested.

Aggregate measurement

We count page views and clicks to selected product websites as daily totals. We do not store visitor identifiers, cookies, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or query strings in these counters. Reloads and automated traffic can affect totals, so these are not unique visitor counts. Counters are retained for up to 90 days. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for these optional counters.

Hosting and news

Cloudflare may process request logs, including network and device information, to deliver and secure this site. The news collector stores public publisher excerpts and source URLs for 30 days. External product websites and news sources have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Contact smaan@ignite9.io to request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry. The interactive workflow simulation runs in browser memory and sends no simulated enterprise data to our systems.
