TENURED BY IGNITE9 · MULTILINGUAL IT SUPPORT
Multilingual IT support in twelve launch languages.
Tenured by Ignite9, the AI production support team for enterprise applications, answers your requesters in their own language and keeps the record in yours. Native-speaker review of every fixed text is in progress.
THE LAUNCH LANGUAGES
Twelve languages at launch.
- EnglishEnglish
- العربيةArabic
- DeutschGerman
- FrançaisFrench
- हिन्दीHindi
- 中文Chinese
- EspañolSpanish
- РусскийRussian
- ItalianoItalian
- PortuguêsPortuguese
- NederlandsDutch
- PolskiPolish
Native-speaker review in progress: no launch language beyond English has been reviewed by a native speaker yet. We will say “tested in” a language only after its live qualification on the production model has passed, with the date of the run.
HOW IT WORKS
Answers in the requester’s language. A record in yours.
- 1
Each message is identified from its own words
Tenured identifies the language of each message from its own words, including messages full of SAP transactions, document numbers and error codes. Neighbouring languages are kept apart: Ukrainian is never taken for Russian. When a short message is unclear, Tenured keeps the conversation’s language rather than guess.
- 2
The conversation keeps its language
A conversation switches language only after two consecutive confident messages in another one, so an “ok”, a “danke” or a pasted English error never flips it.
- 3
The requester’s own choice wins
A language the requester picked, or their browser’s or phone menu’s choice, always comes before detection.
- 4
Your team keeps one working language
Specialists read a translation into your organization’s working language beside the original message, which stays the record.
DIALECTS AND VARIANTS
One language, many ways to write it.
Arabic
Gulf and Egyptian messages are recognized as Arabic; replies are in Modern Standard Arabic, written right to left.
Chinese
Mandarin, in Simplified or Traditional characters; each gets its own fixed texts.
Spanish
One neutral register for Spain and Latin America, with usted.
Portuguese
Brazil and Portugal; the fixed texts are Brazilian Portuguese.
German, French and Dutch
Standard German with Sie, standard French with vous, Dutch with u. Swiss, Austrian, Canadian and Flemish messages are recognized.
Hindi
Devanagari, including Hindi mixed with English terms.
WHAT WE DO NOT CLAIM
The limits, stated plainly.
Romanized text
Hindi written in Latin letters and Arabic written with Latin letters and digits are not identified. Such a message keeps the conversation’s language, or the channel’s default for a new conversation.
Phone consent, country by country
Phone and browser voice exist. Phone consent is approved for the United States in English; every other country needs counsel’s approval first.
Language is not country coverage
Serving callers or processing data in a country can also depend on its consent, data residency and localization rules.
Other languages
The model can write in other languages too, but only the twelve above are launch languages, and nothing on this page is claimed for the others.
NEXT STEP
Bring one ticket that bounced between five teams.
In a 30-minute demo we walk through Tenured on that process, answer your security team’s first questions and agree the next step. We are opening a limited number of design-partner pilots.
