TENURED BY IGNITE9 · BANK · TENURED IN-HOUSE BANKING
In-house banking in SAP, from architecture to a tested configuration.
Tenured works out how your SAP system runs in-house banking, configures the in-house bank and its participants in development, tests a payment on behalf of and a netting run there, and supports it afterwards with balances read from SAP. SAP runs the in-house bank; Tenured’s digital employees configure, support and test it; your people approve every change.
Tenured by Ignite9 is one digital employee for the whole cycle of your enterprise applications: run, modernize, comply, bank, integrate, change, document and deliver. Tenured In-house Banking is one of its eight service lines, not a separate product.
01 / WHAT GETS IN THE WAY
The problems you already know.
One bank, many entities
Payments on behalf of, netting, internal statements and interest touch every participating company code and its accounts.
The variant decides the design
Which in-house banking variant a system runs, and what must be switched on first, shapes every later step.
Balances must be SAP’s own
Treasury asks what each subsidiary holds, in which currency, and the answer has to be the figure SAP reports.
A failed payment needs a diagnosis, not a guess
When a payment on behalf of fails, someone has to read SAP’s logs without changing anything.
02 / HOW TENURED WORKS ON IT
One digital employee. One governed flow.
- 1
Work out what runs
A digital employee reads which in-house banking variant your system runs and which accounts exist, and lists what must be switched on, which is a person’s decision.
- 2
Design from your company codes
Participants, accounts per participant and currency, G/L and clearing accounts, payments on behalf of, statements, interest and netting, all scoped from your own company codes.
- 3
Configure and test in development
The configuration is made in your development system on a transport, with one payment on behalf of and one netting run tested there, and moves to QA on your approval.
- 4
Look-ups and support afterwards
Balances per subsidiary and currency are read from SAP, and a failed payment on behalf of is diagnosed from SAP’s logs, without changing anything.
- 5
Approved, tested, handed over
Your requester approves the move to QA on that proof. Your user tests the change in QA, Tenured verifies the test in SAP, the person who tested approves the change, and your IT team deploys it to production.
03 / WHAT YOU GET
What the work leaves behind.
A design from your system
The variant, participants, accounts and flows, each sourced to a read of your system.
Configuration on a transport
Made in development with its unit tests and rollback values.
Balance look-ups
What each subsidiary holds with the in-house bank, read from SAP, with Tenured’s totals labelled as a cross-check.
Handover package
What changed and why, the test trail and both approvals, with the deployment steps and rollback plan for your IT team.
04 / BANK · WHAT TENURED DOES
What Tenured does for you.
Exchange-rate, bank cash, payment run and bank statement look-ups
Read only: digital employees read exchange rates in the rate types your organization uses, house-bank balances, payment runs and bank statements from SAP, quoting SAP’s own figures first, and never run a payment or post a statement.
In-house banking look-ups
Balances per subsidiary and currency with the in-house bank, read from SAP, with Tenured’s totals labelled as a cross-check.
Discovering which in-house banking variant runs
A read of your system shows which variant runs, which accounts exist and what must be switched on first.
Treasury, cash management and in-house banking configuration
Designed from your company codes and made in development as changes through the same flow, with a payment on behalf of and a netting run tested there.
Diagnosing a failed payment on behalf of
From SAP’s own logs, read only.
05 / IT SHOWS ITS SOURCES
How you can check the work.
- 01
It shows its sources
Every look-up gets its own INFO- reference, and every change carries the proof your requester approves on: the transport Tenured read itself, the unit test before and after, and the rollback values.
- 02
It reads before it changes anything
Digital employees read your systems first, through the vendor’s machine routes before its screens. In QA and production they display only, and Tenured refuses every save, post and release step there.
- 03
Your people approve every change
In its delivery flow, your requester approves the move to QA, the person who tested approves the change, and your IT team deploys it to production. Digital employees never deploy it.
- 04
Your ticketing system stays the record
Two-way ticket sync with ServiceNow and Jira reads tickets in and writes progress and resolutions back, so your service desk keeps one record.
06 / HOW TO START
Start with a read-only assessment.
Tenured’s capabilities are delivered through design-partner engagements: scope and timing are confirmed when we scope your work.
Start with a read-only assessment
Tell us the system and the work. We scope what Tenured reads, read-only, and what it needs from your people, before anything changes.
Start with a read-only assessmentBecome a design partner
Bring your first cases and shape the work with us. Your people set the scope, and Tenured works on your systems under the access you grant.

NEXT STEP
Bring one ticket that bounced between five teams.
In a 30-minute demo we show Tenured at work, walk through how it would handle yours, answer your security team’s first questions and agree the scope of a design-partner engagement.
