TENURED BY IGNITE9 · COMPLY · TENURED E-INVOICING (DRC)
E-invoicing in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, worked back from the law’s date.
Bring an e-invoicing mandate, a tax or statutory change, or the SAP Notes that deliver one: Tenured turns it into testable requirements, builds the change in your development system and takes it through your people’s tests and approvals to your IT team.
Tenured by Ignite9 is one digital employee for the whole cycle of your enterprise applications: run, modernize, comply, bank, integrate, change, document and deliver. Tenured E-invoicing is one of its eight service lines, not a separate product.
01 / WHAT GETS IN THE WAY
The problems you already know.
The date is set by law
Country e-invoicing mandates arrive on dates the law sets. In France, the reform that extends e-invoicing between businesses took effect on 1 September 2026; in Germany, the transition that still allows paper and other formats for domestic business invoices ends in two stages, at the end of 2026 and at the end of 2027.
SAP delivers the change in pieces
A legal change usually arrives as SAP Notes, support packages or both, each with prerequisites and manual steps. A note your support-package level cannot take becomes a Basis project with its own lead time.
Every document the law touches needs a test
Invoices, credit memos, down payments, reversals and cross-border cases, with the reports and e-documents they produce, all need testing before the date.
Auditors ask for the trail
The legal reference and its date, the notes and their status in each system, the transports, the tests, and who approved each step.
02 / HOW TENURED WORKS ON IT
One digital employee. One governed flow.
- 1
Reads where your eDocuments stand
A digital employee reads SAP’s eDocument Cockpit and your eDocument records: which failed and why, whether suppliers’ e-invoices arrive, and whether a country and company code are ready, quoting SAP’s own figures first. It never creates, sends or cancels an eDocument.
- 2
Requirements first
Tenured maps each legal requirement to a testable acceptance criterion and records its enforcement date, so the work is planned back from the date.
- 3
SAP Notes, under your agreement with SAP
The SAP Notes that deliver the change are part of this work, not a separate product. Your entitled people read them and apply them in development under your agreement with SAP, and Tenured builds the configuration the notes call for in the same change.
- 4
Made and tested in development
A digital employee makes the change in your development system with its own SAP user, under the authorizations your SAP team grants, records the values before and after, and releases the transport. Tenured then reads the transport in development itself.
- 5
Approved, tested, handed over
Your requester approves the move to QA on that proof. Your user tests the change in QA, Tenured verifies the test in SAP, the person who tested approves the change, and your IT team deploys it to production.
03 / WHAT YOU GET
What the work leaves behind.
Requirement baseline
Each legal requirement as a testable acceptance criterion, with its enforcement date.
Change package
The transport Tenured read itself, the unit test before and after, and the rollback values.
Test trail
The QA smoke test, the user’s test verified in SAP, and the approvals of the people who gave them.
Handover package
What changed and why, the test trail and both approvals, with the deployment steps and rollback plan for your IT team.
04 / COMPLY · WHAT TENURED DOES
What Tenured does for you.
Reading your SAP eDocument status and readiness
Digital employees read your eDocument status, failures and readiness per country and company code in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, quoting SAP’s own figures first; they never create, send or cancel an eDocument.
Requirements mapped to criteria and enforcement dates
Each legal requirement becomes a testable acceptance criterion with its enforcement date, and the plan works back from that date.
The status of the SAP Notes your people name
Digital employees read the implementation status of the notes your entitled people name, in each system, for the audit trail.
Configuration built in development
A digital employee makes the configuration change in your development system with its own SAP user, records the values before and after, releases the transport and reads that transport itself.
QA, the user’s test and the handover
Tenured imports the approved transport into QA, verifies the import and smoke tests it, verifies your user’s test in SAP itself, and hands the tested change to your IT team for production.
Operating SAP Regulatory Change Manager where you have it
Obligations and legal dates come from SAP Regulatory Change Manager where your organization has it, and from your tax owner otherwise.
Country set-up in SAP’s eDocument framework
SAP’s eDocument framework produces and sends the e-invoices; Tenured sets up a country in that framework as a change through the same flow, with your approvals.
05 / IT SHOWS ITS SOURCES
How you can check the work.
- 01
It shows its sources
Every look-up gets its own INFO- reference, and every change carries the proof your requester approves on: the transport Tenured read itself, the unit test before and after, and the rollback values.
- 02
It reads before it changes anything
Digital employees read your systems first, through the vendor’s machine routes before its screens. In QA and production they display only, and Tenured refuses every save, post and release step there.
- 03
Your people approve every change
In its delivery flow, your requester approves the move to QA, the person who tested approves the change, and your IT team deploys it to production. Digital employees never deploy it.
- 04
Your ticketing system stays the record
Two-way ticket sync with ServiceNow and Jira reads tickets in and writes progress and resolutions back, so your service desk keeps one record.
06 / HOW TO START
Start with a read-only assessment.
Tenured’s capabilities are delivered through design-partner engagements: scope and timing are confirmed when we scope your work.
Start with a read-only assessment
Tell us the system and the work. We scope what Tenured reads, read-only, and what it needs from your people, before anything changes.
Start with a read-only assessmentBecome a design partner
Bring your first cases and shape the work with us. Your people set the scope, and Tenured works on your systems under the access you grant.
