TENURED BY IGNITE9 · CHANGE · ENHANCEMENTS AND DEVELOPMENT
From a request to a tested change, with the proof in hand.
Tenured proposes what it will build, makes and tests it in your development system, and your requester approves the move to QA on the proof: the transport Tenured read itself, the test before and after, the rollback values and what else the change may touch.
Tenured by Ignite9 is one digital employee for the whole cycle of your enterprise applications: run, modernize, comply, bank, integrate, change, document and deliver. Enhancements and development is one of its eight service lines, not a separate product.
01 / WHAT GETS IN THE WAY
The problems you already know.
Requests turn into rounds of questions
A request bounces between the business and the team until someone has the time to pin it down.
Approval on a description, not the proof
Approvers sign off what was described, not what was built and tested.
One fix breaks the next process
A change tested in one module is rarely tested against the processes it feeds.
Handover is a hunt for evidence
The transport, the test results and the rollback steps sit in different places when production asks for them.
02 / HOW TENURED WORKS ON IT
One digital employee. One governed flow.
- 1
One proposal, one round of questions
The first reply proposes what will be built, the method and the defaults chosen, and asks only the decisions Tenured cannot make itself.
- 2
Made and tested in development
A digital employee makes the change in your development system with its own SAP user, under the authorizations your SAP team grants, records the values before and after, and releases the transport. Tenured then reads the transport in development itself.
- 3
The impact, drafted from your business map
Tenured lists the systems the change may reach on your business map, the tests they need, and what the map cannot answer.
- 4
Approved, tested, handed over
Your requester approves the move to QA on that proof. Your user tests the change in QA, Tenured verifies the test in SAP, the person who tested approves the change, and your IT team deploys it to production.
03 / WHAT YOU GET
What the work leaves behind.
Proposal
What will be built, the method and the defaults, before the build starts.
Change package
The transport Tenured read itself, the unit test before and after, and the rollback values.
Impact draft
The systems on your business map the change may reach, and what to test there.
Handover package
What changed and why, the test trail and both approvals, with the deployment steps and rollback plan for your IT team.
04 / CHANGE · WHAT TENURED DOES
What Tenured does for you.
One proposal with defaults
The first reply proposes the build, the method and the defaults, and asks only the decisions Tenured cannot make itself.
Configuration built in development
A digital employee makes the configuration change in your development system with its own SAP user, records the values before and after, releases the transport and reads that transport itself.
ABAP code changes
Code changes in development carry coverage and vulnerability-scan evidence. Your own custom objects (Z and Y names) are never gated, and SAP’s development interfaces on SAP’s own objects or data are used once you confirm with SAP that your contract permits them.
RAP and CDS development
New RAP and CDS objects on your own Z and Y names, made in your sandbox and development system.
Impact from your business map
The systems the change may reach and the tests they need go with the proof your requester approves.
QA, the user’s test and the handover
Tenured imports the approved transport into QA, verifies the import and smoke tests it, verifies your user’s test in SAP itself, and hands the tested change to your IT team for production.
05 / IT SHOWS ITS SOURCES
How you can check the work.
- 01
It shows its sources
Every look-up gets its own INFO- reference, and every change carries the proof your requester approves on: the transport Tenured read itself, the unit test before and after, and the rollback values.
- 02
It reads before it changes anything
Digital employees read your systems first, through the vendor’s machine routes before its screens. In QA and production they display only, and Tenured refuses every save, post and release step there.
- 03
Your people approve every change
In its delivery flow, your requester approves the move to QA, the person who tested approves the change, and your IT team deploys it to production. Digital employees never deploy it.
- 04
Your ticketing system stays the record
Two-way ticket sync with ServiceNow and Jira reads tickets in and writes progress and resolutions back, so your service desk keeps one record.
06 / HOW TO START
Start with a read-only assessment.
Tenured’s capabilities are delivered through design-partner engagements: scope and timing are confirmed when we scope your work.
Start with a read-only assessment
Tell us the system and the work. We scope what Tenured reads, read-only, and what it needs from your people, before anything changes.

NEXT STEP
Bring one ticket that bounced between five teams.
In a 30-minute demo we show Tenured at work, walk through how it would handle yours, answer your security team’s first questions and agree the scope of a design-partner engagement.
